Chris grew up in the real estate industry from a young age. With his father’s example of success in the industry, it was inevitable that he too would become a powerhouse in real estate. For years, Chris worked as an asset manager for a major real estate holding company in New York City. He brings a wealth of knowledge in protecting and maintaining properties and providing property management services. Chris originates from Fairfax County, VA and is a devoted husband and father of two children.
As the Operations Manager at Silver River Property Management, Chris serves as the company leader in guiding and training our in-house property managers and staff. It is because of his team’s efforts that our landlords and tenants alike are always uplifted, informed, and well taken care of.
Channel joined Silver River in September 2017 and brings over 15 years of residential, commercial and community management experience. She hails from the Eastern Shore of MD, Kent Island, the seafood capital of Maryland. Channel holds an associate's degree of the arts in Hospitality & Tourism along with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. In her free time, she loves boating with her family and cooking.
Nari has been working in property management since November 2016 when she and her husband moved back to Maryland from California to be near family for their own growing family. She studied architecture at University of Maryland, College Park earning a Bachelor’s Degree. She admires the Real Estate industry and hopes to own property herself someday. She is grateful for the opportunity to both serve and learn from landlords and tenants. She loves spending time with her husband and 2 young daughters, crafting, art, and being outside.
Jesse Berndt is the newest member of the silver river team. He has been involved in construction and home repair for nearly 20 years and is eager to learn the property management side of the real estate industry. Jesse enjoys spending his free time with friends and his dog, Harley, and is passionate about health and fitness.

As a realtor, Tony enjoys assisting people in finding a place to live whether it is for a rental or purchasing. Property management comes naturally since he likes to help people. Tony has his B.S. in General Studies and is an author of 7 books. One of his hobbies is telling people their spirit animal. Born in N.J., Tony and his wife have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Tony shares his time equally with his family, friends, work, and hobbies. He likes to improve things around his house and enjoys helping others do the same. He loves sports, reading, movies, and metaphysical pursuits including UFO’s.
Zaira comes from extensive administrative experience in construction projects and housing maintenance management. She enjoys her free time cooking, reading, and fostering rescued dogs until they find a forever home.
Breanna has been in property management for over 6 years. She is currently attending school to obtain her real estate license. Breanna is a loving mother to two little boys. She enjoys reading and cooking in her spare time.
